Overview

All Volters have access to GitLab.
By default, all groups and repositories have internal visibility.
This means that every authenticated Volt user can access practically all the projects.

Repositories are placed in a project, which are placed under groups.

Requesting special access

Interested in helping us?

The general workflow for contributing to projects is the forking workflow. You do not need special access for this!

If you are a regular contributor or member of the responsible team for a repository, you can use the request access feature. Maintainers of this repository should be aware of the reasons for your joining beforehand, such that they can then approve your request.

Group access should only be granted to team sub-groups where you are a regular contributor and need access to all projects underneath. The responsible Volt team is listed in the description of the group.
